Hi! I'm Heather, a Boston-based UX Designer and a mom to two wonderful kids. My passion for design and desire to help people led me to pursue a career in Human Centered Design. What sets me apart is my natural empathy and eagerness to create meaningful solutions that make a difference in people's lives. I believe in designing with the user in mind, and my approach is rooted in user research, prototyping, and testing to create intuitive, user-friendly designs. In my master's degree, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the user-centered design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration. Through this program, I learned how to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also meet the needs of the end-user, resulting in effective and enjoyable experiences.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering in 2013. Through my degree, I gained a solid foundation in designing, building, and analyzing complex electrical systems and devices, which equipped me with the ability to approach problems in a systematic and analytical manner.
